Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Any cancellations, returns, or exchanges are governed by this policy (“Return Policy”). Unfortunately, currently, we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchanges except in case of damaged goods or wrong goods being delivered.

 

A.      Cancellations: An order once placed cannot be canceled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

B.      Refunds: If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

C.      In case of delivery of wrong goods or goods being found damaged on receipt, a complaint accompanied with good quality photographs of the product duly highlighting the damaged area is to be sent to the contact email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. After examining the same, replacement of the damaged product will be considered and approved. While receiving the replacement, customer will be required to return the damaged product along with its packaging to the courier authorized by us.
